What is very special about Vinsanto is that it is produced only from harvests with significant grape production in terms of volume as it takes almost 5 tons of grapes to produce 1 ton of this distinctive wine.
This wine of a beautiful golden-amber color is produced from grapes whose fruits are first dried in the sun for 14 days.
Vinsanto exudes an irresistible aroma of dried figs, dried walnuts, and honey.
