Ouzo is a Greek traditional strong alcoholic drink with anise flavor.

Ouzo is drunk mixed with water or ice and then gets a milky white color.

During the distillation process, 14 types of aromatic seeds and spices are added, for which the original recipe is hidden, some of them are anise, cinnamon, nutmeg, mixed with crystal clear water of Mount Olympus, it gives a full and natural taste.

Since 2006, Ouzo has been a product with a protected geographical origin.
