Kefalotyri is Greek yellow hard cheese, with a characteristic taste
It has a slightly salty taste, real true of goat and sheep’s milk. It has a rich taste and aroma.
It can be used for “saganaki” (fried cheese), grated on testy and pies, but can also be consumed on its own as meze.

Composition:
Full -fat hard cheese made of brushed mutton and goat milk.
